Position Summary
The T-Mobile Home Internet Product Marketing team is seeking a seasoned Senior Product Marketing Manager to establish and drive the product vision and commercial strategy for our hardware offerings. This role involves leading the hardware product roadmap, defining technical specifications, and managing the lifecycle of various connected home devices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic vision for T-Mobile Home Internet's hardware product portfolio, focusing on customer needs and market demands.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to outline necessary technical specifications and features that align with our customer value proposition.
  • Create comprehensive business plans for new product introductions, including pricing strategies and future development roadmaps.
  • Assess opportunities for scaling the product portfolio across different business segments while driving efficiencies in product development.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscapes to inform product strategy.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in executing go-to-market strategies for product launches.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, category management, or corporate strategy, with a strong analytical background.
  • Experience in managing consumer electronics or broadband technology products.
  • Proven ability to develop business plans and evaluate financial impacts.
  • Strong technical acumen with experience in advocating for product feature requirements.
  • Experience in supply chain management and demand forecasting.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish key performance indicators and drive data-informed decision-making.
  • Consumer-focused marketer with a knack for identifying unmet customer needs.
  • Critical thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is required.

Work Experience:
7+ years of experience in delivering impactful product marketing initiatives that contribute to revenue growth.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Experience in developing go-to-market strategies and messaging in collaboration with product management.
  • Strong foundation in customer experience management and storytelling.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on content development.
  • Proven project management skills with cross-functional teams.
