POSITION SUMMARY

We are in search of a Senior Marketing Manager with over 7 years of experience in B2B marketing, particularly within the employee health benefits, third-party administration, and pharmacy benefits management sectors. This role will focus on crafting and executing comprehensive B2B marketing strategies and initiatives for our affiliated brands.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with leadership and commercial teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives, creating targeted multi-channel campaigns that resonate with various audiences in the healthcare benefits sector. You will lead a team of marketing professionals in executing the marketing strategy while monitoring key performance indicators and managing budgets effectively.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Strategic Marketing Development: Formulate and execute marketing strategies that align with organizational goals and brand messaging for both B2B and B2C audiences.
  • Team Leadership: Guide and mentor the marketing team in implementing strategies, providing constructive feedback and support.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee the creative development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

Cross-Departmental Collaboration:

  • Act as a representative for the marketing department in cross-functional meetings, engaging with teams from Sales, Client Success, Clinical, and Operations.
  • Encourage effective collaboration with marketing teams across the organization to support the creation of marketing assets and campaigns.

Digital Marketing Oversight:

  • Manage the organization's digital footprint, including websites and social media platforms, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives.
  • Implement SEO strategies to enhance online visibility and traffic.
  • Analyze marketing metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and provide actionable insights.

Product Marketing Management:

  • Oversee the creation and updating of marketing materials for various employer-sponsored benefits products.
  • Support the launch of new products and promotional campaigns.

Communications and Public Relations:

  • Manage external communications to stakeholders and ensure alignment with marketing automation strategies.
  • Support internal communications and public relations initiatives.

Event Coordination:

  • Assist the Sales team in managing promotional materials and logistics for industry events and conferences.

Market Analysis:

  • Conduct research to identify market trends and competitive landscape.
  • Monitor industry developments to identify engagement opportunities.

Budget Management:

  • Efficiently manage the marketing budget to maximize return on investment.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations in collaboration with legal teams.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of B2B marketing experience, with a preference for those with a background in healthcare or employee benefits.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems creatively.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

Occasional travel may be required, up to 20%.
