Position Summary
The T-Mobile Home Internet Product Marketing division is seeking a seasoned Senior Product Marketing Manager to define and execute the product vision and commercial strategy for our hardware offerings. This role is pivotal in leading the hardware product roadmap, influencing technical specifications, and managing the launch and lifecycle of all hardware products, including the T-Mobile Wi-Fi gateway and other connected home devices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the development and execution of T-Mobile Home Internet's hardware product portfolio, identifying customer needs and aligning product offerings accordingly.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define essential technical specifications and features that enhance customer value and experience.
  • Create comprehensive business plans for new products, including pricing strategies and future roadmaps.
  • Formulate strategies to scale the product portfolio across various business segments, focusing on cost efficiency and product development.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies to inform product strategy.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of go-to-market plans.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Management, Category Management, or Corporate Strategy, with a strong analytical focus.
  • Proven track record in product management within consumer electronics or broadband technology sectors.
  • Experience in developing annual business plans and assessing financial impacts.
  • Strong technical and business acumen, with the ability to advocate for product requirements effectively.
  • Experience in supply chain management and demand forecasting.
  • Ability to establish KPIs and drive data-informed decision-making.
  • Customer-focused marketer with a passion for identifying unmet customer needs.
  • Analytical thinker with the capability to translate data into actionable insights.

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Work Experience:

  • 7+ years of experience in delivering impactful product marketing content that contributes to revenue growth.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Experience in developing go-to-market strategies and messaging in collaboration with Product Management and Sales.
  • Strong technical foundation with experience in delivering segment-specific solutions.
  • Extensive customer interaction experience and ability to tell compelling customer success stories.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a knack for content development.
  • Proven project management skills, effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
