Compensation Package:
Base salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000, complemented by bi-annual performance bonuses, with potential total earnings reaching $145,000 annually.


Sales Territory: Focused on the West Coast of the United States, primarily Northern California.


Role Summary:
We are in search of a dynamic and driven Lead Sales Executive to enhance our team. In this role, you will be tasked with identifying new business opportunities and engaging with existing clients to boost sales and profitability of our offerings. Your main responsibilities will include direct selling and account management to achieve revenue targets by understanding customer requirements and proposing suitable products and solutions to facilitate a seamless sales experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop a target customer list, collaborating with sales and marketing teams to implement sales strategies and meet objectives.
  • Gain expertise in our GPS wireless technology to effectively demonstrate and sell our robotic solutions.
  • Conduct in-person meetings to showcase products and negotiate agreements with prospective clients.
  • Employ effective negotiation and sales techniques to finalize deals.
  • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients, aligning with their business goals and needs.
  • Provide regular updates on sales progress within our CRM system.
  • Achieve set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain communication with existing and potential clients to foster relationships.
  • Follow up on leads generated by marketing and inside sales teams, ensuring accurate documentation and follow-up actions in our CRM.
  • Report on pipeline activities and manage deal stages effectively.
  • Participate in national and regional trade shows as directed by management.
  • Oversee accounts receivable for your client base.
  • Meet minimum monthly contact requirements with customers through various communication methods.
  • Utilize best practices in negotiation and sales to close transactions.
  • Develop a list of target dealers and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to convert leads.
  • Maintain customer relationships with diligent follow-up.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and developments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in outside sales, preferably in outdoor power equipment, agriculture, or construction sectors.
  • Experience in brand management and sales channel development.
  • Strong negotiation, customer service, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with sales CRM tools such as SalesForce or Hubspot.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish or Mandarin is advantageous.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Self-aware and approachable, with the ability to engage effectively with others.
  • Strong critical thinking and listening skills.
  • Team-oriented mindset, prioritizing collective success.
  • Results-driven professional with integrity and ethical standards.
  • Willingness to engage in hands-on work and travel as necessary.
  • Ability to lift up to 70 pounds multiple times a day for product demonstrations.
  • Must successfully pass a background check.
