Sales Development Executive

The Business Development Manager is a key member of the Ryzen Solutions team, responsible for driving business growth and expansion through strategic client relationships and sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute business development strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client companies, including senior-level executives and managers.
- Utilize proven sales and marketing skills to promote Ryzen Solutions' services and solutions to prospective clients.
- Recruit, interview, and place highly skilled professionals to meet client needs.
- Participate in industry events and conferences to establish Ryzen Solutions as a thought leader in the market.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve business growth goals and objectives.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- Proven track record of success in outside sales or business development.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business-to-business sales or marketing.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong desire to drive business growth and expansion.
- Disciplined and persistent approach to sales and marketing initiatives.
- Ability to learn and adapt to the high-tech industry and market trends.
- Aggressive closer with a strong focus on results-driven sales.
