Job Summary

The Business Development Manager is a key member of the Ryzen Solutions team, responsible for driving business growth and expansion through strategic client relationships and sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client companies, including senior-level executives and managers.
  • Utilize proven sales and marketing skills to promote Ryzen Solutions' services and solutions to prospective clients.
  • Recruit, interview, and place highly skilled professionals to meet client needs.
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to establish Ryzen Solutions as a thought leader in the market.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve business growth goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Proven track record of success in outside sales or business development.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business-to-business sales or marketing.
