Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Executive Sales Director to lead our sales efforts and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in driving revenue through discovering, prospecting, and creating new business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and increase market share
  • Build and manage a high-performing sales team, including hiring, training, and coaching
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key customers and partners
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling
  • Develop and manage sales processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to inform sales strategy and tactics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • 10-20 years of experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building high-performing sales teams
  • Experience selling enterprise software solutions, with a strong understanding of complex sales processes and customer needs
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and coach sales teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners
  • Ability to analyze sales performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to inform sales strategy and tactics
