Position Summary

Responsible for serving food and beverages to guests, ensuring a high standard of service. Set up dining areas according to event specifications and service protocols. Address inquiries regarding menu items and communicate effectively with the kitchen staff about orders, dietary restrictions, and special requests. Accurately record transactions using the MICROS system and check in with guests to confirm their satisfaction with the service provided.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including tableware and utensils, throughout the shift. Complete closing tasks such as restocking supplies and securing the work area. Present accurate checks to guests and process payments efficiently.

Adhere to all company policies regarding safety and security; report any incidents or unsafe conditions to management. Ensure a professional appearance and uphold confidentiality of sensitive information while protecting company assets. Greet all guests warmly, anticipate their needs, and assist individuals with disabilities as required. Communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues and guests alike, fostering positive relationships and teamwork.

  • Anticipate guest needs and preferences to enhance their experience.
  • Express gratitude to guests and ensure a positive farewell.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
  • Capable of lifting and moving objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
