  • Completing essential documentation and addressing guest inquiries and requests promptly.
  • Processing payments accurately, including cash and credit transactions.
  • Recording all room charges and adjustments with precision.
  • Monitoring room availability and rates continuously.
  • Performing additional related tasks as required.

Qualifications:
