Key Responsibilities:
As a vital member of our front office team, you will ensure that guests receive exceptional service during their arrival and departure. Your role will encompass:

  • Efficiently managing guest check-in and check-out processes.
  • Completing necessary documentation and addressing guest inquiries and feedback.
  • Handling various forms of payment, including cash and credit transactions.
  • Accurately posting room charges and managing financial adjustments.
  • Continuously monitoring room availability and rates.
  • Performing additional related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:
To excel in this role, candidates should possess:
