Key Responsibilities:
As a vital member of our front office team, you will ensure that guests receive exceptional service during their arrival and departure. Your role will encompass:
- Efficiently managing guest check-in and check-out processes.
- Completing necessary documentation and addressing guest inquiries and feedback.
- Handling various forms of payment, including cash and credit transactions.
- Accurately posting room charges and managing financial adjustments.
- Continuously monitoring room availability and rates.
- Performing additional related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, candidates should possess:
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to solve problems effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and the capability to foster positive relationships with colleagues.
