The Electrical Programs Coordinator plays a pivotal role in managing and facilitating electrical initiatives across our operations. This position demands a blend of strong organizational capabilities, technical expertise in electrical systems, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams, clients, and stakeholders. The coordinator will be instrumental in maintaining the integrity of electrical infrastructure and driving the execution of maintenance and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and support electrical initiatives, including maintenance, repairs, and enhancements.
  • Engage with stakeholders to identify their electrical program requirements and objectives.
  • Assist in the creation and execution of electrical maintenance and safety protocols, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for electrical services and project delivery.
  • Maintain comprehensive electrical documentation, including schematics, manuals, and maintenance schedules.
  • Facilitate the planning and execution of preventive maintenance activities to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Support the enforcement of safety measures and inspections for electrical systems, ensuring adherence to regulations.
  • Help troubleshoot electrical challenges and collaborate with internal and external resources for resolution.
  • Build and nurture positive relationships with internal teams, external vendors, and client stakeholders to foster effective communication.
  • Stay updated on industry advancements, emerging technologies, and best practices in electrical systems management.
  • Ensure the accuracy and reliability of electrical-related data and documentation, implementing necessary controls and reporting mechanisms.
  • Provide assistance to the electrical team and stakeholders, serving as a resource for project coordination as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related discipline. Relevant certifications or experience in electrical systems are advantageous.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing electrical programs or similar roles within facilities management or electrical systems.
  • Technical proficiency in electrical systems, including infrastructure, equipment, and controls.
  • Exceptional organizational and coordination skills, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex electrical issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, fostering collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
  • Capability to work autonomously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with the real estate or property management sector is a plus.

Compensation:

The estimated total compensation for this position ranges from 84,000.00 to 121,000.00 USD annually. This range includes potential bonuses and is based on various factors such as education, experience, skills, geographic location, and market data alignment.
