Position Overview

The Electrical Program Coordinator is a pivotal role at JLL, tasked with the oversight and facilitation of electrical initiatives across various accounts. This position demands a blend of strong organizational capabilities, in-depth technical expertise in electrical systems, and effective collaboration with diverse teams, clients, and stakeholders. The Coordinator will be instrumental in maintaining the operational integrity of electrical infrastructure and advancing electrical maintenance and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and facilitate electrical initiatives, encompassing maintenance, repairs, and enhancements.
  • Engage with stakeholders to ascertain their electrical program requirements, objectives, and aspirations.
  • Contribute to the formulation and execution of electrical maintenance and safety protocols, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and contractors for electrical maintenance, repairs, and project delivery.
  • Maintain comprehensive electrical documentation, including schematics, manuals, and maintenance timelines.
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating preventive maintenance tasks to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Support the enforcement of safety measures and inspections for electrical systems, ensuring adherence to regulations.
  • Aid in diagnosing electrical issues and collaborating with internal and external resources for resolution.
  • Build and sustain positive relationships with internal teams, external vendors, and client stakeholders to ensure seamless communication.
  • Stay updated on industry advancements, emerging technologies, and best practices in electrical systems and maintenance.
  • Ensure the accuracy and reliability of electrical-related data and documentation, implementing necessary controls and reporting mechanisms.
  • Provide assistance to the electrical team and stakeholders, acting as a resource and aiding in project coordination as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related discipline. Relevant certifications or experience in electrical systems are advantageous.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing electrical programs or a comparable role within facilities management or electrical systems.
  • Technical proficiency in electrical systems, including infrastructure, equipment, and controls.
  • Exceptional organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, capable of addressing complex electrical challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, facilitating effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work autonomously and thrive under pressure in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with the real estate or property management sector is a plus.

Compensation:

The estimated total compensation for this position ranges from $84,000.00 to $121,000.00 USD annually. This range encompasses total compensation, including potential bonuses, and is an estimate subject to various factors including education, experience, skills, and geographic location.
