The Electrical Program Coordinator plays a pivotal role in managing and facilitating electrical initiatives within our operations. This position demands a high level of organizational acumen, technical expertise in electrical systems, and the capacity to work collaboratively with diverse teams, clients, and stakeholders. The coordinator will be essential in maintaining the efficiency of electrical infrastructure and aiding in the execution of maintenance and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and support electrical initiatives, including maintenance, repairs, and system upgrades.
  • Engage with stakeholders to assess their electrical program requirements, objectives, and aspirations.
  • Assist in the formulation and execution of electrical maintenance and safety protocols, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Liaise with vendors and contractors for electrical maintenance, repairs, and project management.
  • Maintain accurate electrical documentation, including schematics, manuals, and maintenance timelines.
  • Aid in scheduling and coordinating preventive maintenance tasks to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Support the enforcement of safety measures and inspections for electrical systems, ensuring adherence to regulations.
  • Help troubleshoot electrical challenges and coordinate with internal and external resources for resolution.
  • Cultivate strong working relationships with internal teams, external vendors, and client stakeholders to facilitate effective communication.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to electrical systems and maintenance.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of electrical-related data and documentation, implementing appropriate controls and reporting mechanisms.
  • Provide assistance to the electrical team and stakeholders, serving as a resource and aiding in project coordination as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related discipline. Relevant certifications or experience in electrical systems are advantageous.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing electrical programs or a comparable role within facilities management or electrical systems.
  • In-depth technical knowledge of electrical systems, including infrastructure, equipment, and controls.
  • Exceptional organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills, capable of addressing complex electrical issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, fostering effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work autonomously and thrive under pressure in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with the real estate or property management sector is a plus.

Compensation:

The estimated total compensation for this position ranges from 84,000.00 to 121,000.00 USD annually. This range includes potential bonuses and is based on factors such as education, experience, skills, geographic location, and market data.
