Position Overview:Discover does not provide sponsorship for employment work visas for this role. You will play a crucial role in guiding projects from conception to execution, focusing on Change Management. You will lead project teams to ensure timely completion, adherence to budget, and alignment with business objectives. You will actively manage and escalate risks and issues affecting customers in your daily responsibilities to management.Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate teams in executing change management strategies that equip employees with the necessary information to effectively serve our clients. Provide support through project prioritization and execution.
  • Act as a consultant and project management lead to address the needs of the assigned business unit. Ensure compliance with all product guidelines and drive meaningful actions for communication recipients.
  • Evaluate outcomes and formulate recommendations based on change and communication results. Ensure that significant metrics are identified and reported for all projects, including audience satisfaction, knowledge retention, and desired behavioral changes.
  • Collect business requirements and translate them for project teams. Oversee all facets of each project. Lead project teams to guarantee timely completion, budget compliance, and alignment with business needs.
  • Assemble project teams and clarify roles and responsibilities for all resources involved. Ensure project progress is monitored and team members provide regular updates.
  • Assist with the analysis of business requirements. Manage project scopes, issues, and risks. Ensure that change controls are executed correctly. Estimate work efforts and manage resources effectively.
  • Document agendas, meeting minutes, action items, project plans, and issue logs. Communicate project statuses to stakeholders regularly.
  • Support project teams in managing cross-team dependencies.
Minimum Qualifications:To qualify, candidates should possess:
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Arts, Information Technology, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in Project Management, Computer Science, Infrastructure Technology Solutions, or a related area.
  • Alternatively, 6+ years of experience in Project Management, Computer Science, Infrastructure Technology Solutions, or a related field may substitute for a degree.
Preferred Qualifications:Ideal candidates will also have:
  • 6+ years of experience in Project Management, Computer Science, Infrastructure Technology Solutions, or a related field.
  • Experience with Agile and/or Kanban methodologies, PMP certification.
  • Familiarity with Jira.
  • Experience in Compliance/Risk activities.
  • Knowledge in Data Engineering/Data Migration is highly desirable.
What to Expect:

Discover offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary that typically ranges from $75,500.00 to $127,000. Additional incentives may be included as part of a comprehensive total compensation package. Factors such as geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may influence the pay for this position.
