Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management
    • Manage all aspects of projects, including initiation, plan development, execution, controls, and implementation.
    • Lead project teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budgets, and meet business needs.
  • Brand Program Management
    • Responsible for brand program and project objectives.
    • Manage coordination of governance and ad hoc meetings related to workstream.
    • Compile and distribute weekly status reports to key stakeholders.
    • Serve as information exchange and data room point of contact.
  • Leadership and Collaboration
    • Act as a liaison between the business and development resources.
    • Manage projects from conception through implementation.
    • Partner with project sponsor(s) and stakeholders to define and document project objectives, scopes, goals, deliverables, required resources, work structures, development budgets, and timelines.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's Degree in Arts, Information Technology, Business Administration and Management, Project Management, Finance, Social Sciences or related field.
  • Experience
    • 8+ years of experience in Project Management, Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, Computer Science, or related experience.
    • In lieu of a degree, 10+ years of experience in Project Management, Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, Computer Science, People Leadership, or related experience.
