You will oversee projects from initiation to execution, emphasizing Change Management. Lead project teams to ensure timely completion, adherence to budget, and alignment with business objectives. Proactively manage and escalate risks and issues that impact customers within your daily responsibilities to management.Key Responsibilities:
  • Guide teams through the implementation of change management strategies that equip employees with essential information to effectively serve our customers. Provide support to the team through project prioritization and execution.
  • Act as a consultant and project manager lead to address the needs of the assigned line of business. Ensure compliance with all product guidelines and drive significant actions for communication recipients.
  • Analyze outcomes and formulate recommendations based on change and communication results. Ensure that relevant metrics are identified and reported for all projects, including audience satisfaction, knowledge retention, and desired behavior change.
  • Collect business requirements and translate them for project teams. Manage all facets of each project. Lead project teams to ensure timely completion, budget compliance, and fulfillment of business needs.
  • Assemble project teams and align roles and responsibilities for all project resources. Ensure that project progress is monitored and that team members provide updates on their progress.
  • Assist with the analysis of business requirements. Manage project scopes, issues, and risks. Ensure that change controls are executed appropriately. Estimate work efforts and manage resources effectively.
  • Document agendas, meeting minutes, action items, project plans, and issue logs. Communicate project statuses to stakeholders.
  • Support project teams in navigating cross-team dependencies.
Minimum Qualifications:At a minimum, here's what we need from you:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Arts, Information Technology, Business Administration and Management, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in Project Management, Computer Science, Infrastructure Technology Solutions, or a related field.
  • In lieu of a degree, 6+ years of experience in Project Management, Computer Science, Infrastructure Technology Solutions, or related experience.
Preferred Qualifications:If we had our say, we'd also look for:
  • 6+ years of experience in Project Management, Computer Science, Infrastructure Technology Solutions, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with Agile and/or Kanban methodologies, PMP certification.
  • Experience using Jira.
  • Experience with Compliance/Risk activities.
  • Data Engineering/Data Migration experience is highly desired.
