Position Overview:Discover does not provide sponsorship for employment work visas for this role. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. You will play a crucial role in guiding projects from initiation to completion, focusing on Change Management. You will lead project teams to ensure timely delivery, adherence to budget, and alignment with business objectives. You will proactively manage and escalate risks and issues that impact customers in your daily responsibilities. Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate teams in executing change management strategies that equip employees with essential information to effectively serve our customers. Provide guidance to the team through project prioritization and execution.
  • Act as a consultant and project management lead to address the needs of the assigned business line. Ensure compliance with all product guidelines and drive actionable communication to stakeholders.
  • Evaluate outcomes and formulate recommendations based on change and communication metrics. Ensure that meaningful metrics are identified and reported for all projects, including audience satisfaction, knowledge retention, and desired behavioral changes.
  • Collect business requirements and translate them for project teams. Oversee all facets of each project. Lead project teams to guarantee timely completion, budget compliance, and fulfillment of business needs.
  • Assemble project teams, aligning roles and responsibilities for all resources involved. Ensure project progress is monitored and team members provide regular updates.
  • Assist with the analysis of business requirements. Manage project scopes, issues, and risks. Ensure that change controls are executed effectively. Estimate work efforts and manage resources efficiently.
  • Document agendas, meeting notes, action items, project plans, and issue logs. Communicate project statuses to relevant stakeholders.
  • Support project teams in navigating cross-team dependencies.
Minimum Qualifications: To qualify, candidates should possess:
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Arts, Information Technology, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in Project Management, Computer Science, Infrastructure Technology Solutions, or a related field.
  • Alternatively, 6+ years of experience in Project Management, Computer Science, Infrastructure Technology Solutions, or a related field in lieu of a degree.
Preferred Qualifications: In an ideal scenario, we would also prefer:
  • 6+ years of experience in Project Management, Computer Science, Infrastructure Technology Solutions, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with Agile and/or Kanban methodologies, PMP certification.
  • Experience utilizing Jira.
  • Experience with Compliance/Risk management activities.
  • Data Engineering/Data Migration experience is highly desirable.

Compensation:

The base salary for this position typically ranges from $75,500.00 to $127,000.00. Additional incentives may be part of a competitive total compensation package. Factors such as geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may influence the pay for this role.
