Position Overview:Discover does not provide sponsorship for employment work visas for this role. You will oversee projects from conception to execution, focusing on Change Management. You will lead project teams to ensure timely completion, adherence to budget, and alignment with business objectives. You will proactively manage and escalate risks and issues that may impact customers in your daily responsibilities. Key Responsibilities:
  • Guide teams in executing change management strategies that equip employees with essential information to effectively serve our clients. Support the team through project prioritization and execution.
  • Act as a consultant and project manager lead to address the needs of the assigned business line. Ensure compliance with all product guidelines and drive meaningful actions for communication recipients.
  • Analyze outcomes and formulate recommendations based on change and communication results. Identify and report meaningful metrics for all projects, including audience satisfaction, knowledge retention, and desired behavior changes.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them for project teams. Manage all aspects of each project, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and alignment with business needs.
  • Assemble project teams and define roles and responsibilities for all resources. Ensure project progress is monitored and team members provide regular updates.
  • Assist with business requirements analysis. Manage project scopes, issues, and risks. Ensure appropriate execution of change controls. Estimate work efforts and manage resources effectively.
  • Document agendas, meeting minutes, action items, project plans, and issue logs. Communicate project statuses to stakeholders.
  • Support project teams in navigating cross-team dependencies.
Minimum Qualifications: To qualify, candidates should possess:
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Arts, Information Technology, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in Project Management, Computer Science, Infrastructure Technology Solutions, or a related area.
  • Alternatively, 6+ years of experience in Project Management, Computer Science, Infrastructure Technology Solutions, or a related field may substitute for a degree.
Preferred Qualifications: Ideal candidates will also have:
  • 6+ years of experience in Project Management, Computer Science, Infrastructure Technology Solutions, or a related field.
  • Experience with Agile and/or Kanban methodologies, PMP certification.
  • Familiarity with Jira.
  • Experience in Compliance/Risk activities.
  • Knowledge in Data Engineering/Data Migration is highly desirable.

Compensation:

The base salary for this position typically ranges from $75,500.00 to $127,000.00. Additional incentives may be part of a competitive total compensation package. Factors such as geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may influence the salary for this role.
