Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Subaru Sales Consultant to join our team at Jim Keras Subaru. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, from initial contact through the entire sales process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Interaction: Greet and assist customers in the showroom and on the lot, providing product information and guidance.
  • Product Knowledge: Understand and present the features, benefits, and options of Subaru vehicles to customers.
  • Test Drives: Conduct test drives to showcase vehicle performance and features.
  • Relationship Building: Follow up with potential and existing customers to build and maintain relationships.
  • Purchase Process: Assist customers with the purchase process, including paperwork and financing options.
  • Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed sales goals and objectives set by management.
Requirements
  • Previous Sales Experience: Previous sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry, is a plus but not required.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer Service: Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping others.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Personal Qualities: Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a strong desire to succeed.
  • Technical Skills: Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Driver's License: Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
