About the Role:
Gossett Hyundai Mitsubishi Genesis is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales and Leasing Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our dealership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet customers as they arrive and provide a positive first impression of our dealership.
- Gain an in-depth knowledge of a customer's interests to assist them with their purchase and ensure a seamless buying experience.
- Follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate leads for future sales opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and management to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
- Previous sales experience, including inside sales, outside sales, and retail sales.
- Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships and excellent communication skills.
- Basic MS Office knowledge and computer software proficiency.
- Excellent appearance, verbal/written communication, strong negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to meet, greet, and ask for the sale in a professional and courteous manner.
