Job Summary:

Serra Chevrolet of Bartlett is seeking a driven and motivated Automotive Sales Professional to join our team. This is a full-time, commission-only sales job in the auto industry, located in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

As an Automotive Sales Professional, you will be responsible for building relationships with customers, helping them find the perfect vehicle to meet their needs, and achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with potential and existing customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Understand and effectively communicate the features and benefits of our vehicles to customers, highlighting their value and appeal.
  • Assist customers in finding the right vehicle to meet their needs and budget, providing personalized recommendations and solutions.
  • Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features, showcasing the capabilities and performance of our vehicles.
  • Negotiate and close sales transactions, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process and meeting sales targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitive offerings, remaining informed and adaptable in a rapidly changing industry.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals, both individually and as a team, driving business growth and success.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the dealership positively at all times, upholding the values and reputation of Serra Chevrolet of Bartlett.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, further education preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals, demonstrating sales acumen and drive.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, remaining organized and focused under pressure.
  • Proficient computer skills, with experience in sales software and systems.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record, with a strong commitment to road safety.
