Job DescriptionThe Sales Enablement Specialist will be the key contact for Regional Directors and Enterprise Sales Consultants, providing high-quality, responsive service to all requests for information and sales support.
- Deliver exceptional customer experience through timely and accurate responses to sales-related inquiries.
- Leverage expertise in Pentegra's business model, value propositions, products, processes, and fees to drive sales success.
- Enter proposals, new advisors/partners into Salesforce and mark sold opportunities verbally.
- Monitor solution inbox and voicemail, forwarding sales leads to relevant parties.
- Track proposal stages for the entire sales team to ensure efficiency and timely delivery.
- Collect cash balance illustration information.
- Familiarize yourself with RFPs and know who to consult within the organization for accurate and timely completion.
- Produce reporting for management and the sales team.
- Monitor pipeline reports for newly generated opportunities.
