Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Partnerships Specialist to join our team at Venture Solar. This is a unique opportunity for a sales professional looking to transition into the solar industry.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in outside sales, with a strong ability to build relationships and close deals. In this role, you will work closely with our appointment setting teams to schedule qualified appointments and provide exceptional customer service.

Our company prides itself on being a leader in the solar industry, and we are committed to educating our customers about the benefits of renewable energy. As a Business Development Associate, you will play a key role in helping us achieve our mission.

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $80,000-$180,000 per year, plus uncapped commission. Additionally, you will be eligible for our 401k match program, health, dental, and vision insurance, and paid time off.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and conduct in-home consultations with potential customers
  • Develop and maintain relationships with homeowners and other stakeholders
  • Work closely with our installation teams to ensure seamless project execution
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in outside sales or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (not required)
