We offer a strong base salary with unlimited upside commission potential. Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying leads for new contract janitorial and maintenance sales through proactive cold calls, emails, and foot canvassing to generate appointments
  • Closing sales by building rapport with prospects and overcoming objections
  • Running building surveys and presenting proposals
  • Developing and maintaining knowledge of the building maintenance industry and quoting prices
  • Collecting and maintaining accurate information on each prospect in CRM
  • Creating tailored sales ideas and presentations based on specific prospect needs

In addition to a competitive compensation package, benefits include an ICHRI health care plan available from month 1, vehicle mileage allowance, paid company holidays, and two weeks of paid time off (PTO). A company laptop is also provided. Estimated total annual salary: $120,000-$150,000.

Qualifications and Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • At least 2 years of B2B sales experience with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • A strong ability to explain activity levels needed to maintain a full pipeline and reach sales targets
  • An outgoing and dynamic personality
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Metric-oriented and organized with a strong desire to win
