Position Overview

CSCI CONSULTING, INC is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to become a vital part of our Corporate Project Delivery division. The role offers flexibility in work location.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate various project delivery teams across the country.
  • Provide strategic direction and leadership for client deliverables.
  • Serve as the main liaison for client interactions.
  • Foster team dynamics and ensure continuity of services.
  • Support personnel management and training initiatives.
  • Deliver services in Risk Management, Project Management, and Contract Management.
  • Engage in hiring processes and subcontract negotiations.
  • Assist in the completion of proposals and support sales efforts as necessary.
  • Contribute to the implementation and refinement of project management methodologies.
  • Ensure compliance with contracts and maintain high-quality deliverables.
  • Oversee personnel management and lead contract closure activities.
  • Participate in business development and respond to requests for proposals.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience within the Department of Defense or federal sector.
  • Demonstrated project management expertise in the federal landscape.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Strong commitment to team building and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Proficient in conflict resolution techniques.
  • Ability to comprehend client requirements and possess excellent communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
  • Must be a US Citizen and capable of passing a Federal background check.

Desirable Skills

  • At least 2 years of experience in Federal Financial Management and/or Audit.
  • Minimum of 2 years in personnel management within the federal domain.
  • Experience in contract management specific to consulting services for at least 2 years.
  • Preference for candidates residing in the Indianapolis area.
