Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Engagement and Outreach: Respond promptly to inbound leads and initiate outbound calls to introduce potential clients to PavePro products, well-known solutions in the Asphalt Paving industry.
  • Customer Success Management: Ensure the success of clients by providing guidance on product selection and offering consistent follow-up support regarding product usage and application.
  • Build Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers. Show genuine interest in the needs and challenges of clients, ensuring they feel valued and understood.
  • Order Closing: Effectively close orders generated from inbound leads through direct sales efforts, maximizing conversion rates and revenue.
  • CRM Data Management: Log all sales activities, future tasks, and customer insights in Salesforce. Use Salesforce to manage your activities and plan your day.
  • Consultative Selling: Establish one-on-one relationships with customers, positioning oneself as a trusted advisor and providing personalized recommendations for cross-selling and upselling new products.
  • Customer First Attitude: Deliver fast and responsive customer support, addressing inquiries, concerns, and issues without delay. Provide same-hour, same-day response to build customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Market and Product Expertise: Get to know the market and our customers' needs inside out. Be part of their world and know PavePro products, so you can confidently answer questions and solve their problems.
  • Build Recurring Revenue: Strategically build and nurture a book of business focusing on generating annual recurring revenue ensuring long-term revenue stability and growth and income.
Requirements
  • Educational Background: A college degree is a plus, but what's more important is your drive and ability to succeed.
  • Sales Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven industrial sales experience, demonstrating a track record of achieving targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong mechanical skills and a knack for technical details to help explain the benefits of PavePro's Asphalt Production Solutions clearly to clients.
  • CRM Proficiency: Proficient with Salesforce or equivalent CRM software, with hands-on experience managing customer data, pipelines, and sales activities.
  • Business Development Skills: Ability to proactively generate new business opportunities and cultivate long-term relationships with clients, leveraging a strategic approach to identify and capitalize on sales prospects.
  • Self-Motivated and Organized: Self-starter with exceptional organizational and time management skills, capable of effectively prioritizing tasks and managing a busy schedule to maximize productivity and drive sales outcomes.
  • Effective Prospecting Abilities: Strong cold-calling, networking, and appointment-setting skills, with a knack for identifying and engaging potential leads to expand the client base and drive revenue growth.
  • Presentation Skills: Excellent presentation skills with the ability to ask questions, identify with the prospect or customer as a consultant and business partner to solve problems, coupled with the ability to generate market-based pricing quotes tailored to meet client needs.
  • Expert Deal-Closing Skills: Demonstrates superior proficiency in closing deals and negotiating agreements, leveraging persuasive techniques and a deep understanding of client requirements to secure successful outcomes.
