Position Overview:

As a Client Success Manager at myCOI, your primary responsibility will be to cultivate and manage relationships with our current clientele, ensuring their satisfaction while promoting additional sales through our supplementary solutions. You will collaborate closely with assigned clients to identify their needs, provide essential updates, and showcase myCOI's offerings to improve their operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships as the main point of contact.
  • Conduct regular check-ins, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and manage outreach initiatives.
  • Stay informed about myCOI products, services, and industry developments.
  • Enhance customer engagement with our products through training and resources.
  • Quickly identify and resolve customer issues in collaboration with support teams.
  • Maintain detailed records in CRM and monitor customer success metrics.
  • Develop and oversee a sales pipeline for add-on solutions, including upselling and cross-selling.
  • Provide feedback for product and service enhancements based on customer insights and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams to address customer needs.
  • Streamline processes, manage renewals, and create retention strategies.
  • Set and achieve customer success objectives, regularly assessing and refining strategies.
  • Advocate for customer interests within myCOI and facilitate feedback for ongoing improvement.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Experience working in a remote environment.
  • 4+ years in a customer-facing role, preferably in customer success or experience.
  • Experience in a scaling B2B SaaS environment.
  • Familiarity with industries such as insurance brokerage, construction, risk management, or commercial property management.
  • Comfortable engaging with senior-level decision-makers.
  • Ability to gain in-depth knowledge of myCOI's software solutions to confidently upsell.
  • Proficient in various software applications (Salesforce, Google Suite, Slack, Microsoft Suite, video conferencing tools).
  • Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience working collaboratively across functions with sales, implementation, marketing, and product teams.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and a positive outlook.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Adept at prioritizing tasks and negotiating priorities with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt quickly to changing circumstances.

Education:

A Bachelor's Degree is preferred but not mandatory.
