Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of over 10 claims processors and support personnel.
  • Oversee the claims processing workflow, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
  • Recruit, train, and equip new team members with essential resources.
  • Monitor staff performance and enhance operational processes and systems.
  • Act as a liaison among teams to guarantee the accuracy of information and reduce escalations.
  • Provide reports on team productivity and performance metrics.
  • Ensure adherence to established policies and procedures.

About Northwest Administrators, Inc.:

We are a leading provider in the third-party administration of employee benefits, managing one of the largest multi-employer pension plans in the nation, along with numerous substantial health and welfare plans. Expectations Upon Hiring:

  • Salary range of $67K - $91K annually, based on experience and qualifications.
  • Comprehensive Medical, Dental (including Orthodontics), Vision, and Prescription benefits, along with disability and life insurance.
  • Optional benefits include health flexible spending and dependent care assistance plans, as well as pet insurance.
  • Generous 401(k) plan featuring employer contributions and matching.
  • Paid time off including 10 days of vacation, 10 days of sick leave, and 10 holidays.
