Pension Benefits Team Leader

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of over 10 claims processors and support personnel.
- Oversee the claims processing workflow, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
- Recruit, train, and equip new team members with essential resources.
- Monitor staff performance and enhance operational processes and systems.
- Act as a liaison among teams to guarantee the accuracy of information and reduce escalations.
- Provide reports on team productivity and performance metrics.
- Ensure adherence to established policies and procedures.

- Experienced: At least 2 years of leadership experience, either direct or indirect.
- Educated: Holds a Bachelor's degree or has an equivalent combination of education and experience.
About Northwest Administrators, Inc.:
We are a leading provider in the third-party administration of employee benefits, managing one of the largest multi-employer pension plans in the nation, along with numerous substantial health and welfare plans. As part of our organization, you will have access to extensive training and development opportunities, along with a competitive benefits package.
Expectations Upon Hiring:
- Salary range of $67K - $91K annually, based on experience and qualifications.
- Comprehensive Medical, Dental (including Orthodontics), Vision, and Prescription benefits, along with disability and life insurance.
- Optional benefits include health flexible spending and dependent care assistance plans, as well as pet insurance.
- Generous 401(k) plan featuring employer contributions and matching.
- Paid time off including 10 days of vacation, 10 days of sick leave, and 10 holidays.
