About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead our Payroll Audit and Pension Accounting Departments. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing and supervising the activities of our audit and accounting functions, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and mentor a team of local supervisors and 40+ audit and accounting professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Departmental Goals and Policies: Create and manage department goals, policies, and procedures, ensuring alignment with company objectives and industry best practices.
  • Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members, promoting continuous improvement and growth.
  • Performance Metrics and Reporting: Analyze department and system workflow and performance metrics, producing and disseminating departmental reports to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent/relevant work experience.
  • Expertise: Compliance/audit, process improvement, workflow documentation.
  • Leadership: Minimum 5+ years' supervisory experience leading, developing, and motivating teams.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Experience: Demonstrated ability to resolve complex business problems.
