Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of over 10 claims processors and support personnel.
- Oversee claims processing, manage workflow, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Recruit, train, and equip new staff with necessary resources.
- Monitor staff performance and refine processes and systems for efficiency.
- Act as a liaison between teams to guarantee the accuracy of information and reduce escalations.
- Provide reports on team productivity and performance metrics.
- Ensure consistent application of policies and procedures.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary range of $67K - $91K per year, based on experience and qualifications.
- Comprehensive Medical, Dental (including Orthodontics), Vision, and Prescription benefits, along with disability and life insurance.

- Generous 401(k) plan with employer contributions and matching.
