Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Care Team Leader, you will:
1. Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and performance management of home care aides.
2. Maintain strong organizational and leadership skills to ensure the effectiveness of home care services.
3. Provide mentorship to aides, promoting the use of preventative care and other essential services for clients.
4. Offer assistance to beneficiaries and their families with compassion and understanding.
5. Manage communication through phone and email as necessary, and perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- Access to reliable transportation, which may include a vehicle for client visits.
- A Bachelor's Degree or higher in Social Work, Psychology, or a related discipline is highly preferred.
- At least two years of experience in human services, healthcare, mental health, or a related field.
- Proficiency in utilizing computer and communication technologies.
- The ability to work independently while effectively communicating with clients and supervisors.
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing and completing tasks efficiently.

Physical Requirements:
Applicants must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and assist clients with mobility needs.
