Role Details

As a Team Leader in Training, we seek proactive individuals who readily engage in their surroundings and contribute positively. Ideal candidates take pride in their contributions, possess strong interpersonal skills, and demonstrate a commitment to teamwork. We are currently looking for LEADERS to join our General Manager in Training (GMiT) program.

Compensation

This position offers competitive pay rates:

Shift Manager: $20.00 per hour
AM1: $20.50 per hour
AM2: $21.00 per hour
AM3: $22.00 per hour
AM4: $23.00 per hour

Employees are entitled to paid sick leave as per Seattle State law. Eligible part-time and full-time employees will receive medical, vision, and dental benefits in line with the ACA and company policies.

Key Responsibilities (additional tasks may be assigned)
  • Welcome customers warmly.
  • Utilize the register to input orders, process transactions, and handle customer payments.
  • Prepare products in accordance with Domino's quality standards.
  • Ensure a clean and organized workspace.
  • Maintain a professional appearance that aligns with Domino's image standards.
  • Adhere to all policies and procedures consistently.
  • Exhibit excellent attendance and punctuality.
  • Manage inventory and cash effectively.
  • Assist in scheduling and staffing needs.
  • Provide coaching and training to team members.
