Key Responsibilities:

The Operations Team Leader will:

  • Oversee daily operations with a team of AI Data Validators and AI Validator Leads.
  • Prioritize and manage work delivery based on business requirements.
  • Ensure high-quality output under tight deadlines.
  • Plan resource capacity and commit to volume through effective management of resources, queues, shifts, cross-training, and leave schedules.
  • Monitor weekly and monthly metrics, conducting process reviews with both internal and external stakeholders across different time zones.
  • Enhance productivity and process efficiency through standardization, comprehensive documentation, supervision, and regular performance feedback.
  • Initiate and lead process improvement initiatives, presenting solution proposals and implementing them across relevant operational areas.
  • Manage team hiring, performance, and development through performance metrics, training, ongoing feedback, and coaching.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a management role.
  • Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal), along with strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in German across all language skills: verbal, written, reading, and comprehension, with a required level of B2.2/C1 or higher.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking capabilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and dynamic work environment.
  • Willingness to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities as needed.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proficiency in additional languages such as Japanese, Spanish, or French.
  • Experience in Business Analytics.
  • Six Sigma/Green Belt Certification.
  • MBA.
