Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of over 10 claims processors and support personnel effectively.
- Oversee claims processing, manage workflows, and uphold quality standards.
- Recruit, train, and provide essential resources for new team members.
- Supervise staff while reviewing and enhancing processes and systems.
- Act as a liaison between teams to ensure information accuracy and reduce escalations.
- Monitor and report on team productivity and performance metrics.
- Ensure consistent application of policies and procedures.
Ideal Candidate Profile:

Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary range of $67K - $91K annually, based on experience and qualifications.
- Comprehensive Medical, Dental (including Orthodontics), Vision, and Prescription benefits, along with disability and life insurance.
- Optional benefits include health flexible spending and dependent care assistance plans, as well as pet insurance.
- Generous 401(k) plan with employer contributions and matching.
