Key Responsibilities

As a Culinary Team Leader, you will work closely with the Executive Chef to create exceptional dining experiences. Your role will encompass leadership, communication, training, and problem-solving, all while ensuring outstanding service for our guests. You will be an ambassador for our restaurant, crafting memorable experiences that encourage guest loyalty.

Specific Duties Include:
  • Oversee kitchen operations in the absence of the Executive Chef.
  • Proactively address and resolve any operational challenges.
  • Lead and mentor kitchen staff, creating effective work schedules.
  • Participate in the hiring process and manage employee performance.
  • Ensure quality control of food items and maintain inventory.
  • Manage labor costs and assist in budget adherence.
  • Ensure timely food production to meet service standards.
  • Engage in ongoing training and development for staff.
  • Support the restaurant in achieving financial and quality objectives.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within the kitchen.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of culinary experience in a high-volume restaurant setting.
  • Preferred educational background in Culinary Arts or related field.
  • Flexible availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and industry standards.
  • Excellent knife skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven leadership abilities with a focus on team collaboration.
