Job Title: Equipment Breakdown Risk Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Equipment Breakdown Risk Engineer to join our team at Chubb. As a key member of our Risk Engineering Department, you will play a critical role in identifying and mitigating risks associated with equipment breakdowns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough risk evaluations and assessments to identify potential equipment breakdown risks
  • Develop and implement effective risk mitigation strategies to minimize losses
  • Collaborate with underwriting and service teams to provide risk improvement services to customers
  • Communicate complex risk information to customers in a clear and concise manner
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in risk engineering
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience inspecting boilers and pressure vessels
  • Current National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel commission
  • Strong proficiency in industrial, mechanical, and electrical equipment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
