Job Summary

Watermark Risk Management International is seeking a highly skilled HR Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures related to position risk and sensitivity levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the AOC Human Capital Management Division to ensure accurate sensitivity designations and payroll/personnel system updates.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for position risk and sensitivity level directives, policies, and procedures.
  • Design and implement an accessible database for managing position designations and suitability programs.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop systematic processes for evaluating position risk and sensitivity levels.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for tracking employee investigations and position designations.
Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in human resources with expertise in federal position risk and sensitivity level programs.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management systems.
