Job Overview

Watermark Risk Management International, LLC is seeking a highly skilled HR Specialist to join our team. As an HR Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to position risk and sensitivity level management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Human Capital Management Division to ensure accurate and up-to-date position risk and sensitivity level designations.
  • Develop and maintain a database of position risk and sensitivity level information to support effective management of the program.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and managers to ensure that position risk and sensitivity level designations are accurate and consistent with security access requirements.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures related to position risk and sensitivity level management, including position change requests and reciprocity for incoming contractors.
Requirements
  • Minimum of four (4) years of experience in human resources work with demonstrated knowledge of federal level position risk and sensitivity level program best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform a variety of tasks in support of the work of position risk and sensitivity level management and personnel security specialists.
  • Expert-level oral and written communications skills that demonstrate a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with others with discretion and tact.
