Personnel Security Specialist II

Watermark Risk Management International is seeking a highly skilled Personnel Security Specialist II to join our team. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for managing and operating the Architect of the Capitol's Personnel Security Program.
Key Responsibilities:- Process security intake forms, analyze and review personnel security information, and track the status of applicant requests for congressional credentials, background investigations, and federal drug testing.
- Schedule pre-employment drug tests and perform data entry duties related to personnel security processes.
- Manage congressional credential management, process requests for additional information on security packages, and follow up on correspondence received.
- Provide technical assistance to applicants completing their congressional security forms and prepare memoranda, reports, and other reference documents.
- Ensure the proper safeguarding of sensitive information, including Privacy Act Protected Information, Personally Identifiable Information (PII), and Classified National Security Information.
- Current Top Secret personnel security clearance and ability to maintain such clearance throughout the life of the contract.
- Minimum of four (4) years of experience in Personnel Security, preferably six (6) years.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to discuss technical issues with non-technical, executive-level government officials.
