Job Overview

Watermark Risk Management International is seeking a highly skilled HR Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and consistency of position risk and sensitivity level designations for AOC personnel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the AOC Human Capital Management Division to ensure accurate and up-to-date sensitivity designations in automated payroll/personnel systems.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and directives to reflect current AOC operations and Office of Personnel Management/Director of National Intelligence guidelines.
  • Design and maintain a comprehensive database to manage position designation and suitability programs.
  • Develop documentation to track employee investigations and position designations, ensuring alignment and accuracy.
  • Establish a systematic risk assessment process to evaluate reciprocity for incoming contractors.
Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in human resources, with a strong understanding of federal position risk and sensitivity level program best practices.
  • Expert-level communication skills, with the ability to interact with others in a professional and discreet manner.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks, including filing and scanning, and to manage stress in a high-pressure environment.
  • Strong critical thinking and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
