We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Specialist to join our team at Watermark Risk Management International, LLC. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our operations.

About the Role

The HR Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures related to position risk and sensitivity level management. This includes working closely with the AOC Human Capital Management Division to ensure that sensitivity designations are correctly annotated and entered in the appropriate automated payroll/personnel system.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four years of experience in human resources work with demonstrated knowledge of federal level position risk and sensitivity level program best practices. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with supervisors, managers, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures related to position risk and sensitivity level management
  • Work closely with the AOC Human Capital Management Division to ensure accurate sensitivity designations
  • Develop and maintain an accessible database with all information required to effectively manage the position designation and suitability program
  • Develop documentation to track AOC employee investigations and position designations
  • Develop and document a systematic and repeatable risk assessment process to evaluate the risk of applying reciprocity for incoming contractors
Requirements
  • Minimum of four years of experience in human resources work with demonstrated knowledge of federal level position risk and sensitivity level program best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively with supervisors, managers, and other stakeholders
  • Expert-level oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to adapt style and tone to effectively engage the audience
