Job Title: Lead Security Specialist/PM

Watermark Risk Management International is seeking a highly skilled Lead Security Specialist/PM to join our team. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for overseeing all security support roles, including personnel security specialists, project security coordinators, and construction security technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent the Company in matters related to schedules, scheduling changes, employee assignments, performance assessment, disciplinary action, reports, and administration.
  • Assist with planning, developing, implementing, and managing physical, personnel, and information security programs in consultation with the Security Division.
  • Supervise all security specialists and security support roles.
  • Perform other security duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Current Top Secret personnel security clearance and ability to maintain such clearance throughout the life of the contract.
  • Minimum of six (6), preferably eight (8), years of supervisory or team leader experience managing personnel and coordinating disciplinary actions in the security field.
  • Certified Protection Professional (CPP) certification or Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of multiple security disciplines.
  • Ability to multi-task efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to build teams, coach, train, and mentor employees.
