Your Impact

We are in search of a seasoned professional to:

  • Identify and resolve mechanical, software, network, and system malfunctions by following established protocols.
  • Service and repair equipment in accordance with Canon's standards and specifications.
  • Compile reports for analyzing product failure trends and serviceability issues, ensuring precise documentation and recordkeeping.
  • Exceed customer expectations by delivering efficient and accurate maintenance services, whether in the field, shop, or on-site.
  • Maintain all technical documentation, including Field Service Reports and Expense Reports, while guiding junior engineers.
  • Provide solutions for escalated technical and customer service challenges across various territories.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of multiple product lines at an expert level, encompassing all facets of troubleshooting and diagnostics.


About You: The Skills & Expertise You Bring

This role involves direct interaction with customers and requires adherence to their policies, which may include health and safety measures.

We seek a committed individual with:

  • A combination of general education and vocational training, along with 4 to 6 years of relevant experience.
  • An Associate's degree in electronics or electrical engineering from an accredited institution or equivalent experience.
  • Hands-on experience as a field technician.
  • The ability to meet or surpass performance standards for technical quality and customer satisfaction.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record, with the capacity to travel as needed.
  • The ability to thrive in a 24/7 work environment, including shift work and on-call responsibilities.
  • Willingness to obtain necessary security clearances required for customer site access.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain active for over 50% of the time (walking, standing, kneeling).
