Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Appliance Repair Technician to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing various household appliances, and commercial appliance, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

## Duties

  • Perform field service calls to diagnose and repair appliances
  • Assemble and disassemble appliances for repair or maintenance
  • Repair a variety of appliances including HVAC systems, refrigerators, and other household equipment
  • Interpret schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot appliance issues
  • Provide excellent customer service during interactions with clients
  • Utilize a box truck to transport tools and equipment to job sites
  • Conduct equipment repairs with precision and attention to detail
## Requirements

  • Proven 3 years experience in appliance repair or related field service work
  • Mechanical knowledge to diagnose and repair various appliances
  • Familiarity with HVAC systems is a plus
  • Ability to interpret schematics and technical manuals effectively
  • Strong customer service skills to interact professionally with clients
