Front Office Assistant

We are seeking an organized and proactive Office Assistant to join our team in Orlando, FL. The Office Assistant will support daily office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including filing, answering phones, and handling correspondence.
  • Greet visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and friendly manner, directing them to appropriate personnel and answering inquiries.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference calls, maintaining office calendars and meeting schedules.
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory, ordering supplies as needed to ensure the office is well-stocked.
  • Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, and presentations, maintaining accurate and organized filing systems.
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages, preparing and sending outgoing mail and packages.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management software.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
