Front Desk Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at AD Solutions. As a key member of our front office, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and professional environment for our clients and employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and visitor inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
- Greet and assist visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive first impression.
- Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring a well-stocked and organized lobby area.
- Perform daily office cleaning tasks to maintain a tidy and presentable workspace.
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, paperwork, and file management.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, manage scheduling conflicts, and maintain the office calendar.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and ensure timely distribution to the appropriate recipients.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Friendly and professional demeanor with a strong focus on customer service.
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent required.
- Monday-Friday availability from 8 am-5 pm, with a one hour lunch at 11 am daily.
- Ability to occasionally lift, push, and pull up to 20lb unassisted.
- Ability to use office equipment.
