Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at AD Solutions. As a key member of our front office, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and professional environment for our clients and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage incoming communications, greet and assist visitors, and provide administrative support to ensure a smooth and efficient front office experience.
  • Communication and Customer Service: Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications promptly and professionally, providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.
  • Administrative Support: Order, maintain, and distribute office supplies, maintain a clean and organized lobby area, and handle daily office cleaning tasks to ensure a positive first impression for all visitors.
  • Travel and Scheduling: Coordinate travel arrangements for employees, manage the office calendar, confirm interviews, and reserve meeting rooms as needed.
  • Data Entry and Record-Keeping: Complete other administrative duties as needed, including data entry, paperwork, photocopying, and file management.
Requirements
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software, with a willingness to learn new tools as needed.
  • Availability: Monday-Friday availability from 8 am-5 pm, with a one hour lunch at 11 am daily.
Qualifications
  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to occasionally lift, push, and pull up to 20lb unassisted.
