  • Manage room types, train team members, and maintain excellent communication and cash handling skills.
Requirements
  • Minimum two to three years of front office or guest services management experience with at least one year of supervisory experience.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and excellent communication skills.
  • Proven guest service skills, organizational skills, and ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as necessary.
  • Experience with hotel property management systems, such as Opera, is preferred.
