Front Office Manager

At Loews Hotels & Co, we're committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences. As a Front Office Manager, you'll play a key role in leading our guest services team to exceed expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Direct and supervise the operational activities of the guest services team to ensure high levels of service and quality.
- Ensure the team is exceeding expectations for telecom, front desk, and concierge services.
- Manage room types, train team members, and maintain excellent communication and cash handling skills.
- Minimum two to three years of front office or guest services management experience with at least one year of supervisory experience.
- Knowledge of hotel operations and excellent communication skills.
- Proven guest service skills, organizational skills, and ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as necessary.
- Experience with hotel property management systems, such as Opera, is preferred.
