Position Overview:
The Senior Engineering Supervisor acts as the primary engineering expert responsible for the original process development, execution, training, and deployment for large-scale new customer initiatives. This role offers project management assistance for multiple intricate new customer process origination projects. The individual will also provide training to staff on newly established processes and standards to guarantee successful implementation and ongoing process enhancement. The Senior Engineering Supervisor is an experienced Industrial Engineer with a background in work measurement, methods and procedures, operations research, financial analysis, information system modeling, statistical evaluation, and layout design in a distribution setting. This position may oversee the work of other engineers and supervise team members within the department.

  • Work Schedule: M-F, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in Industrial Engineering or a related field (e.g., STEM) - Preferred
  • Experience in Supply Chain Solution Design and Development - Required
  • Familiarity with Automation Technologies - Preferred
  • Experience in Budgeting and Finance - Preferred
