Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Satisfaction: Achieve customer satisfaction and compliance with policies and procedures in the Food and Beverage Departments.
  • Team Development: Train, coach, and assist associates in the Food and Beverage operations.
  • Performance Management: Monitor performance and recommend corrective action.
  • Guest Relations: Respond to customer needs and rectify any guest issues.
  • Cash Handling: Oversee cash handling and check/credit policies and procedures.
  • Communication: Conduct pre-shift meetings to inform staff of daily events.
  • Teamwork: Promote teamwork and quality service.
  • Guest Service: Routinely greet guests, serve food and beverage, and service other Food and Beverage departments.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent education.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of employment in the Food and Beverage industry.
  • Background: Prior restaurant experience is a must.
  • Preferred: Prior hotel experience is a plus.
  • Skills: Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Guest Focus: Exceptional guest-focus.
