Job Description
Vensure Employer Solutions, a leading provider of HR technology and services, is seeking an experienced Sales Business Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, executing aggressive prospecting strategies, and maintaining ownership of the entire sales cycle.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through networking, channel partners, and self-generated leads.
  • Execute aggressive prospecting strategies to gain access to key decision makers within prospective clients' organizations.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecast, meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales quota.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with ability to represent and display professional style, pride, and adhere to corporate policies and procedures.
  • Able to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quota, with strong business acumen and understanding of financial concepts.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $80,000 - $100,000, depending on experience, and includes opportunities for growth and development within the company.
